Hmmmm... I last looked at it a couple years ago, probably. Either the thing changed or I interpreted the bit about opened items as a hard no vs a soft one. Either way, I wouldn't take the chance buying new things from target with a policy that's so up in the air considering the plethora of drugstores that make a point to have a cosmetic policy. I know all the service desk people would accept my returns anyway, but I feel like I'd be taking advantage if I do that. I buy sure things and stuff cheap enough that the loss won't kill me.
