Archived New Interview Guide

TLs/ETLs saw but have you looked over the new guide and gotten to use it yet?

For you team members like myself, instead of simply asking every applicant "tell me a time when" they changed it for a few positions.

(Beauty, Electronics, A&A and front end) all have a new guide for the first interview with the TL.

Beauty and electronics have a really specific new b guide for their second with an etl.

It actually ask hypothetical questions like "Let's say you are by the tv wall and a guest is looking at tvs, how would you approach them and what would you say?"

Recently had my interview to move into electronics for good and it was a very specific guide catered towards electronics. It was a lot of "If a guest was looking at TV's, how would you approach them?"
There were some general questions as well like "Why do you think you would work well in electronics?".
Definitely better interview questions than sticking with the generic ones.
