Archived No Tpc signs in the package?

So I recieved the mid-week package that should have the tpc signs in it but this time, this one didn't have any. just the revision papers for the plano team and a few pamphlets for the etl-stl. Is this normal? Is it ok not to have any tpc signs in the mid-week package?
