How would she get free stuff?
Basically, they are placing tons of seperate orders, and then waiting until the last minute to pick them up. hoping that when we go get the stuff that we will give them one of their orders that has dropped out of MyGo so we cant process it.

I would hope if the order has dropped out of myGo someone would've processed the RTS and removed the order from the hold location.

You must have missed the part in my post about crackling down on GS to make sure that happens.
Because for a long time no one was abusing it, so, it wasn't happening when it should have been.

Exactly.

You know how many orders I find cancelled that do not get picked up by RTS? I would hope the person at GS would end up ringing that order as a POS.

They weren't checking the order in the zebra with what was in the bags. Just grabbing everything with their name on it and handing it to the guest.
Ok I don’t check every single item but if it’s like obviously way more than what should be on the order that should be a red flag. I ask the guests to confirm size/color/all items present. I’ve found they’re almost always honest because they think if an extra item is there we’re gonna charge them for it

We had somebody at my store order over $3000 in online only items, super weird stuff. It’s been 3 weeks and it hasn’t been picked up. They are kind of collector items, so we’re saving them and will slowly be putting them out over the next few months.

We think he purposely did this so he could come in and buy them at the re-wrap price.

As I mentioned in another post, we had a guest who regularly did this back in the day of steep markdowns on .com returns until our ETL told us to stash them in the back while he denied refunding her shipping charges.

Tag 'em and drive 'em to nearby Targets and stash them on clearance endcaps. Nobody will notice....

Yep. Ours are sitting in our holiday candy aisle and we are only putting one out at a time.

Yeah we do not refund shipping charges and tell the guest to take it up with target.com

>call her to show you some homes
>spend all damn day looking at houses
>really, just get your fill of real estate porn
>express interest in the nicest one that you've seen
>right as she's about to break out the paperwork, just say "lol no thanks" and leave

right as she's about to break out the paperwork, just say "lol no thanks" and leave

No, go through all the paperwork, but make up a SSN and be all "I don't know what could have happened" and give her slightly different ones over and over again when she calls to "correct" it.
