Archived Padding Hours to Meet Average?

Hey, isn't it possible that if you get less hours than your weekly average, that you can use vacation hours to make up the difference? For example, if my average hours for the week are 27, and I only got 23, could I use 4 hours to compensate?

If so, how does one do this? Obviously it's through eHR, but what are the steps? Also, if I do this, does that prevent my weekly average for hours from going down?

Yes, it t keeps your average hours up. But that is down right now until Saturday as they redo the system for the new vacation policy.
