Archived Paid Vacation?

When does one start receiving paid vacation hours? I've been with target since mid July of 2014 and am averaging about 30-35 hours a week. Is it after you work a thousand hours? Or after you've been working there for a year? I've tried googling and asking around and no one seems to know the answer.... Which is strange to me.

After you have worked 1,000 hours and you have to average 23 hours worked.
