What are the starting pay rates throughout the Distribution Centers? I'll be eligible to transfer into a new position soon and want to know about job descriptions.

It depends on your building and what state you're in. I'm assuming you're a packer. Just ask any warehouse worker.

Outbound, Inbound, Warehouse, and E&F UA's all make the same.

Mechanics make more and are broken down into Mech 1 and 2 with Mech 2's making more.

Any clerical, asset protection, ICQA and HR are on a merit based pay scale and starting pay can vary based on experience and what you're currently making but they're all interview positions and need to have openings.

As a rule of thumb, the northern dcs typically have a higher starting rate than the southern dcs.
