Hooray, I have an interview for GL position!!! It's been over an year since I interviewed for GL position. It's the 1st interview, the phone interview screening. Any tips or pointers? Thanks in advance for the help!

WOW, whats with all the people posting here about GL positions!
Since it's the phone interview relax try to be yourself. I don't have any specific questions from the GL interviews but may I suggest asking members RG3 or enswitzer. Both are newer GL's with Target.
For the rest of the board a Group Leader(GL) is similar to an Executive Team Leader (ETL) as explained in the wiki
