I'm Lost! Picking Up Shifts

This may sound real stupid, but I'm looking to pick up shifts. I'm a tech person normally.

Checkout Advocate is just cashiering, right? Just wanted to make sure it's not something I'm not trained on.

Checkout Advocate is cashier, Service Advocate is GS. Don't that the latter if you're not trained, but definitely the former is ok.
