I think we were short about 25 revisions this week. Plus all the pogs that couldn't be set because I didn't have time to build the shippers.

Heya all, I'm a fairly recent hire at a Super T. Officially, I am Flow, but have been getting additional hours helping Plano with revisions. Typically, how many revisions should I be knocking out in an 8 hr day? TL gives me a stack of 10-12 and I only seem to be only able to complete 6-7. She thanks for my help every time, but I feel like I am under performing. Guest service, backup cashiering, and pulling my own Pogs seems to slow me down a good amount. :(

It really depends on the revision. See: HBA or baby food.

We were shorted about 50 hours because we are so understaffed and had no one to schedule under the hours. Also we lost about 12 hours to people being pulled for other teams.

One of the first weeks in a longtime we haven't finished our workload and I think we ended up leaving about 85 revisions.

My store is also very behind and I'm still trying to figure that out too. For the past few months up until now I have been the signing specialist/presentation tm. I only work 3 days at Spot because of my other job. Every single time I was scheduled under signing, I ended up doing POG. The signing got up to 3 months behind because of that. Apparently, I am the only person who knows how to do signing in the whole entire store.

I have trained two new tm to do signing and they're doing great now. Now I just have to help POG catch up with over 5 weeks of work. When I'm not there, nothing gets done at all. It seems like the team is clueless until I get to the store. I'm not trying to be sound cocky or anything, but this happens every week. My workload is the heaviest because of what people ( who have been there for over 16 years) act like they can't do. POG was fun up until now.

A couple of weeks ago , we were pulled from adjacency to work reshop, pulls that the back room refuse to do ( I am
Not sure if it is standard , but back room are supposed to work their own pulls) , and we also had to super zone in hardline , do instock too ( instock tl
Was on vacation) , and of course huddles where we have to help push seasonal ! I am not even talking about back up at the register or simply giving FRO her breaks , and doing the softline tm's job!
So of course we were behind .....

I am fairly certain my store is caught up. I am so thankful we actually have a POG TL who knows what she's doing.
