Hey everyone! I've been working at Target for about two months now. I've been scheduled strictly in Hardlines, with one exception being a shift as Cashier. My schedule for this coming week has me working two days from 8-4:30 as Presentation. I've heard that this is also called Planogram, but I'm not completely sure what they do. I plan on asking someone at work today about it, but in case I am working Presentation, could someone give me the rundown on what they do? Also, if you can think of any other reason that I'd be scheduled for this, other than simple cross-training, I'd love to know. Thanks!

Plano sets the sections which can mean but not always, putting up signs, changing backer paper, switching shelves, setting peghooks, taking down stock, putting up stock, cleaning things, putting away things, and generally making the store look to plan.

Plano probably has lots of hours. You will be pushing merchandise to the planograms the team has been setting. If they wanted you setting a planogram with no training or idea how to do it seems highly highly unlikely. Planogram takes lots of practice and time to execute to a point when you feel comfortable with no confusion, trust me, I know. At least they gave you hours! You could express interest in being trained. Knowing how to set a Planogram puts you in a great spot. You learn how to do so many different store tasks
