Lately our backup for service center has been "LOD or execs". In Spring our hours are cut to the bone - it's a great time to take vacations.
 
Just talked to Clerical about changing it from Cashier to Service Desk. She said she could probably do it, but she will have to ask LOD approval, so she said she would ask. Fingers crossed.
 
So the ETL-HR said she didn't have a problem with it. Then the ETL-GE said he would be looking into making it happen at the first of the year. I'm really hoping it will all turn out for the good! Really wanting to get it changed to Service Desk and less on the cash register.
