Does anyone have an idea of how much SBTL get paid hourly? I'm in a store where cashiers start at 11.25 and gsa gets 12.

Depends on market and what pg (11 or 13) TLs are started at in your store. GSA is PG7 and PG11 would be a $1.50 raise in my area. Another $1.00 from PG11 to PG13. So if the same applied to your district it would be around $13.50-14.50.

What POG said is about right.
Ours has been with spot for awhile so theirs is a little higher.

In my area I've heard of the TL's getting around $14-15 if I heard correct. It was for high volume stores though....

11.25 cashiers, you're likely higher than anyone else. your store is unique.

My Starbucks TL gets paid a little more than $20 an hour, but she's been with Target for 9 years.
