Hello all!
First off, this is a great resource for new TMs like myself and I appreciate all the help!
Now on to my question. Today was my 4th day working, after being hired on as seasonal and my first closing shift as well. I got assigned to toys as my closing area, which I found a bit odd. There was me and another person assigned to toys, which helped a bunch. With about two hours to go before close, the other team member lets me know that they are leaving and the toy area was mine. my question is should I have been assigned such a busy area of the store for my first close and have closed by myself?
