I don't know of an employer that doesn't like motivation. This is about the billionth thread you've asked us the same thing. We aren't at your store, we don't know you or your leaders or what their plans are. I hate to say this, but at this point all you can do is keep doing what you are doing and wait and see what happens. They probably already have a really good sense of whether or not you will stay on. But until you get confirmation either way, all anyone can do is guess.

Being a seasonie is always iffy. It really depends on whether your store will have the space and payroll for you come January, when all those Xmas sales are over and plummet. The best way to be hired as a permanent is to have been hired as a permanent in the first place.
