Going for 1st Interview with ETL today. Nervous!! I can feel my nervous cough coming. Been prepping alot.

Any tips outside of the Questions?

I just went through the 3 interviews with the ETLS and I applied for SBTL/FATL as well. The questions are all basically redundant but they want you to answer questions as a leader would - so focus on what you want the overall outcome to be that's best for the business. I have the last one with the DTL soon.
