Specialty Style Team Leaders (or anyone that can answer this question), who ultimately sets your store’s Style VMGs?

What role do the consultants, VM, & Style Lead play in setting the VMGs in your store?

When Modernization first hit, the consultants (or DBOs, such as they were, haha) had started setting the VMGs, at least in RTW and Kids, and I think in Active on occasion. When the pandemic hit everything went by the wayside. Consultants are not setting the VMGs in my store now. I think it's mostly the VM with help from our TL. We really don't have anyone considered a DBO in Style anymore.

We have Style DBO's but they rarely do the VMG. Our VM always does the focal ones at the front of the store (no idea on the verbiage for that, sorry) and seems to own anything swim along with our longest standing Style TL. VM also sets up anything Hearth & Hand/Large Home Item related. For the active, mens, and less trafficked type of areas they let the DBO's have at it.
