So I’ve tried for 2 weekends now to post shifts because I have stuff going on and they won’t give me at least one day of the weekend off. For some reason I feel like no one can see my shifts. I’ve posted multiple times and tried to switch with others multiple times and it seems like it’s not working. What would y’ll say is going on? Are they just ignoring my swap shift or just not picking them up or is it really not showing up?

The only ones who can see your shift are the ones who aren’t going to go into overtime taking your shift. I get 34-40 hours a week so, I never see anyone’s posted shifts. If you really need the time off I recommend asking people to take your shifts. Also weekends are hard to get covered. If I get a rare weekend off I make plans and don’t want to work for someone else. I’ve resorted to requesting random weekends off so I can some weekend fun.
