Archived Taking time off.

I have a new boss that takes forever to approve time off request. she tells me she needs store manager approval to get my days off. Which doesn't make sense. My old boss would approve your time off either the same day or next day. It seem it only happening for backroom, but other department are not having that issue. There's times I have to resubmit my time off. Should I talk to hr about this or just let it be?

Do all your requests say "Auto-Denied"?

I haven't gotten auto-denied. i always cancel it and resubmit. I once had one go for a month.

I would wait for auto denied & then talk to your tl or etl about it.
