So I was just told why so many of us didn’t get the SETL position at our store, because TL have to be expandable and can be fired on the spot! It would make sense both my SETLs have been hired externally
 
Legally, Anyone can be fired on the spot for any reason at Target. (Except for obvious disability laws).

In reality though they make us jump through like, 3 or 4 hoops to be able to fire someone.
 
Lol no. You don’t promote or hire someone with the expectation to fire them. They didn’t have a candidate that met their expectations so they brought in external help. Sounds like there’s a culture issue they’re trying to change.
