Document all events, go to your etl-hr or etl without delay. Let them know what is going on. That tm needs to be stopped. It sounds the social media policy, the tm maybe using fb on you too.

if Facebook is part of the culprit, either block that person or defriend her/him. But if you don't want to defriend/block them, then change the privacy settings to where she cannot see your wall. Facebook has gotten 2 people written up or fired at my store.

Go to your ETL or HR...tell them you are suspecting some rumors being thrown around. Don't name names. You just wanted them to know they are not true.

It got me a verbal coaching from the ETL-HR, ETL-SL (i think that's what she is), and the STL at my store.
