I need some advice. I have been working at target for over six years. I have never been in trouble. Never done anything wrong. Last year i had to plea to a felony regarding state income taxes. Everything is good but now in the past month there is a new requirement that we had to register with checkmedic so i did and a background check was performed. I disclosed everything. Now i was informed i may be fired because of my background check. Im so upset. Im a good worker and everyone says so. I am alwaus willing to work late. What can i do?

It may depend on your state law on tech license, possibly? @HardlinesFour, @sigma7, or. @redeye58, we need some help here, please. My state doesn't have any laws like that. I live in a commonwealth state vs a state of. You might double check on what your state laws are.

It's going to depend on your state laws regarding pharmacy tech licensing.
Some states, it depends on what the felony involved.
In my state, a felony would jeopardize your chances of attaining/keeping a license that allows you access &/or handling drugs/medications.
If you lose your license, spot could term you on those grounds.
