Shopkicks rings on my phone every time I enter the store, but thankfully i always mute my phone whilst I am sat in the parking garage getting my name badge on and everything set up for my day before I enter the store, which is upstairs.

There's a setting to turn off notifications that I think shuts that down. I keep it because I forget cartwheel too much.
