Archived Timelines?

I needs some answers. I need to know how the timelines work regarding setting planograms . I want to know if a plano says its 4.5 hours, does it include demerchandising, moving shelves cleaning, restocking old merchandise, stocking the new batch and backstocking as well? I need to know where i can find this info. I've asked my Plano leader and she won't give a direct answer and gives me the run around! Help

Doesn't include backstocking. In theory it includes all of those things you mentioned, plus researching the outs and adjusting capacities.
