Hello everyone!

I recently just got signed off and offered a position at my store for the new sales floor team lead.

I am pretty knowledgeable with how the sales floor runs, but I want to know how you guys lead the floor at your own stores.

What routines/projects/ideas do you guys do or make to have a great team and work center?

Your post has quite a few specifics as far as your time with Spot. It makes it easier for leadership to id you. Not good when you need to vent.
