Hey guys,
This will be my first review, can anyone tell me what the typical raises are based on our scores?

"Outstanding" = Meh.
"Excellent" = Crappy.
"Effective" = Not enough to cover cost of living increases/inflation.
"Inconsistently Effective" = Laughable.
"Unacceptable" = So laughable that you cry yourself to sleep.

I want to say U = 0%, IE = 1.5% E = 3%, EX = 4.5%, and O = 6%

I honestly do not know them as of now, but they are usually close to those ranges I think. What your final score is will land you somewhere in a range (so 100-90 is O, 80-89 is EX etc)

Unless you're capped.
Then it's O = 3%, EX = 2%, E & below = no raise.

Lets just say that, in the old days, you could buy a gumball with your hourly increase.
