Archived Un-used vacation time.

Hey everyone. I am not sure I am putting this thread in the right place so if not the admins can feel free to move it. As some of you know I have been with spot for two years and tomorrow is my last day. I am expecting a very good pay check. Only thing is I have about 31 hours of un-used vacation time I was saving up. I asked my HR person and she said I should get it paid out to me but the way she said it kinda left me feeling not so sure. Do any of you all know if I will be getting this money (which would be killer with the black Friday pay check) or am I going to get screwed over by spot? thanks.

You'll get your vacation pay but not any personal time (if your state has personal or sick).

Thanks. Should I be expecting it on my last pay check or another check that is just my vacation time?

thanks I have been wondering about that myself. I am staying with Spot until after the holiday season and than I am out of there after 9yrs and 2 months of employment.
