Today while working softlines inbound I had to switch out a full Z. When I return with an empty Z, the coworker I was working with was putting shorts on a different Z so I when beside her with it and placed it to the side, so she could finish what she was doing. I looked away for 2 seconds and she somehow tripped on the new Z I brought over even though she was aware of it. What would happen to me in this case?

Ask if she's all right.
If so, no harm no foul.
If not, what Hardlinesmaster suggested above.

Next time make sure she knows you're putting it there, never assume she was aware.
Sometimes doing tasks, people don't always pay attention to their surroundings.
