What's with the wires on top of my building?

My building has wires strung back and forth from front to back and side to side every couple of feet. What's the purpose of this? I've never seen it before and I've had a few customers ask me about it.View attachment 20230412_110350.jpgView attachment 20230412_110151.jpg

They are power lines.
Seriously, have you not looked at the other side of your building?

Why would power lines be strung over the entire area of the roof? There's nothing to obviously indicate live power feed is running into these lines. What is the purpose was my question.

You know it would for ONCE be nice to just get an answer to my question instead of some blatant ignorant attitude claiming everything but an answer to my question. I've asked several forums without any progress but the only thing I seem to get is some cocky attitude that answers absolutely nothing.

These are not power lines. They may be a part of an electric fence system but power lines are a much thicker gauge wire. Again, what purpose do these wires serve?

Have you considered asking someone at your store, like the PML?

Looks like a makeshift fencing?

Is your area prone to air conditioning theft?

Ask your PML. My guess is that you may have a bird or other animal issue and it's a deterrent.
