I'm just curious, since you can only request time-off in store and not when you're off the clock when can you do it, during your 15 minute breaks?

During your break, lunch, before you clock in, or after you clock out.

Use company computer must be on clock not before or after shift or lunch hour. I put down time off request as soon I clock in before go work.

Always use the computer while you're on the clock. It's work Related and they are required to pay you. Not doing so is losing easy money

Honestly, on rare occasions, I do it if I'm in the store on a day off. I think them considering that stuff working on the clock is ridiculous. Most other companies don't treat that stuff that way. With Macy's you can even swap shifts from home on your computer. It's beautiful.
