Archived Will I get fired ?

Hi everyone I've worked for target now for a couple weeks as a flow team member, enjoy the set schedules and I always check up on my schedules at EHR. And saw my schedule for next week and it said I'm only working one day, which is from 4-8 A.m which is strange because my schedules I at least have 3-5 days and they all our set the same time just different days and I saw this schedule one day only in a more later time what does this mean any help ?

I don't know but I'd be all over whoever it is that writes the schedule!!!

As said in the chat box, talk to your TL.
Also keep a change of work clothes in your car & your cell phone on.
Let the operator know you're available to pick up shifts & check the swap board.

Doing those things also can put you at the top of their A list, too

Unless your team is over-staffed, you should be scheduled every truck day. And I highly doubt you're only taking 1 truck that week.

Yeah it probably might be the case, because we have new team members on board with us, but I'll check it out with my TL and get everything straight
