It took me three weeks after returning from an LOA to get put back in the system and on the schedule. Your best bet is to go into the store to talk to someone directly. Thats what I did and they got me scheduled right away.

Does anyone know if there is a way to see the last selling price of a Clarence item that went salvage? The MyWork app just shows 0.00 as the price and that it went Clarence when you scan an item. I know the PDAs listed these sort of items as discounted but had the last known sale price.

On the Cashier Side, I believe it does effect your score even if you total the order. So I always just suspend the order if the guest is taking long to count their money.
