I agree. From what I remember from my packet is that GM3, in my stores (30mil bracket) owns fulfillment. Which is ent,toys,etc and fulfillment experts. I don’t get how FOS could be responsible for leaving the front to pull a pick and then bring it back up front to bag and locate.
We actually just went through the 1st dayside RGIS in our area. It actually isn’t to bad. No guest complaints.
Our InTL was our ETL-GE who had just gotten her transfer accepted and was checked out and did no prep work at all and we got through it okay. Started at 6am and they were done by 330pm
I got a bump in mine on top of my DIO. ASANTS
Also found out that with the universal TM bump to 12, that our new hires are now only brought in at 11 and 11.50
No but I did get the email for what to look for and what a total cluster. And as 1 of the people going overnight for the set I get to looked for it then. But it’s what you expect when you take a brand that sells its cheapest item for $100+ normally and then make a run where the most expensive...
Got whatever letter the middle one is and a 3.5% which made it .54 plus a .50 increase to my TL base since the $12 overall increase. So $1.04 all together. Couldn’t really complain. Wanted the top score but eh, what are ya gonna do.
Just saw this on a TM/TL rant/confession FB page.
Brace yourselves folks. Monday will reveal monumental changes in target leader structure
* no more flow team
* no backroom leader
* same leader closing Monday through Friday
*No more log leaders
Probably the most earth shattering changes in...
Rumor where I am was that it wasn’t unlocated stuff, but there was a meth lab in one at a store. They had like 6 or some ungodly #. Someone got curious one day and finally opened it up and found all the supplies. Surely can’t be true but was fun to believe.
Could be this, but was talking to a ETL-IT friend and he mentioned this, but he made it seem like it wasn’t a secret really for our region. But likely possibility.
We had a HRBP TL chat session, and she was hinting around at it. She was using phrases like “keeping the company competitive” “continuing to grow” when talking about it.
In my district, once or twice a year they also open up “generic” TL positions at every store regardless if they have a opening or need to get a feel for interest and bench situations. Could be what’s happening.
Was told today that some big news is coming down on Monday for ETL’s and below (STL’s already know, at least in my area.) Didn’t seem like it was just for my district/area. I understood it to be a big change (totally different from all of our AE 2018 meetings.) We were told to “start hiring up”...
Why would it have to be? If 90% of it is store ordered, which is what it seems like for our store, why not just check your OH or walk the BR before ordering an item. It has worked fantastically for us. It seems since we went to this, more is going to the shelf before going OOD in the back.
