I'd be careful with that promise...it wouldnt make sense for target to train someone to be basically a GSTL; for them to switch a few weeks later to be a HRTM
True, it is just weird how the district above mine has 45 minute autofills(i just trained there last week and saw it myself) and my districts stores usually have an autofill minimum of 5, we get 10 hour autofills on SAT/SUN/MON and some other stores have autofills as high as 25 hours.(volumes...
Any bright ideas on how to reduce huge morning autofills?
What about this idea: One guy comes at night and sets up the line for the next morning, and pulls manuals for every custom block(and stages them on the line) Flow team comes in the next morning and pushes those manuals while the truck...
I will soon be an etl and i cant speak for all of us but i wouldnt see that as a bad sign...eagerness to learn and try is a very good qualitiy.
'Doing endcaps' means tieing items to an endcap(shelfs on the outside of the aisle) its basically putting a new product on there and telling the system...
It depends at what time of day your shift is. They will probably have you come in around 7am.
If it is a non truck day you will pull autofills until 12 and then pull caf's. This is basically just replenishing the store. When a guest buys something, someone has to replace that item. Thats you.

So if anyone doesnt know my situation i'm a 'fresh out of college grad' who got assigned to LOG which is strange because i have pretty much no managment experience. Although i think there wont be much of a learning curve for me.
I just found out I am going to 30ish mil a year C volume store...
Are you an etl or tm? Any other device? I finish training next week and will be sent to a new store and i have no retail management experience. I want to be impressive not just a 'good' etl.
Im just an eit but my stores hr just graduated college and completed business college when i started business college and she is...not impressive. Apply for etl
I was just hired as an eit out of college so im not sure how different it is for tl's(i assume thats what you are).
But i pretty much narrowed it down to this.
Talk about getting results and being a hard worker = youll get hired as an etl for sure.
Talk about being a global leader who will...
I wouldnt take less than pg13 (75k+) you have the upper hand in negotiations. You would be able to renegotiate/promoted after 6 months of work if you felt you were lowballed
I am an ETL in training that just got hired. It is easy if you were an intern, if you were not, they prefer someone with experience. Straight from the DTL's mouth.
I forgot to answer your question; if you are new to investing i would suggest downloading the app 'robinhood' because they offer $0 comission trades. its a great app for beginners.
