I've seen that theres a few ETLs that like to delegate the stupid stuff, a few weeks back, one of them couldn't even bend over to pick something off the floor, they had to find someone to do it for them. :O

To the Starbucks TL- Theres just something about you that drives me crazy! Not sure what it is, but you make me want to drink! You sometimes make me wonder what they were thinking when they made you TL.

Just curious to how long you can take off at once before they make you take a leave of absence. im going on two vacations in july with a few days between the two trips. I already got one approved i still have to do the second one!

Luckily, I have just started really working at starbucks because they are in desperate need of TMs. So they are not underpaying me over yet!

just curious if you work in a work center with a higher pay grade, like starbucks, do they have to pay you that pay grade or do they get to do it on the cheap and use your lower pay grade?
