Super zoning an area then hearing items fall off shelves onto the floors in isles you have already went through. Screaming/crying kids. Any toy that makes noise. Leaders that never stay off of the walkie. during a shift. My name being called at any point for any reason on the walkie.

Nothing worse than a stray kid who just presses it constantly for minutes at a time.

Really wish my store did this instead of me standing there calling for a crush up to 5-6 times and then getting my ass chewed out after I eventually run out of time and clock and leave my cardboard there.

I get the “how much have you pushed” and “that’s all youve done since you’ve been here?” But I only get that from the leaders who have never had to push freight or do any pulls since they’ve been there. They don’t really understand that I can’t really push a uboat loaded with toys in 10 minutes...

The clearance man... it’s an ugodly amount and nobody seemed to think about how terrible it would all turn out. Thankfully we got everything set except for the Nerf isle. We just rolled clearance from there into my summer/sport isles. It’s a giant mess and the prices are going lower everyday and...

I’ve just accepted that my push will never be done unless I get major help. And I’m never one to ask for help. I’m going to try my hardest to do my best on my own. Toys is the big work load. And of course that’s not getting an lighter in the next coming months. I am tired.

Same here for the most part. I zone as soon as I come in unless my pulls haven’t been already done. Takes me about an hour to zone toys, sporting goods, Auto, luggage and ASOTV. As long as you keep a decent zone and try to hit it 2-3 times a day while you go then it shouldn’t take an insane...
