    This whole "ETL-AP" going away thing must be region/group specific. My own hierarchy consists of every non-flex store having an ETL-AP. AP-TL is a great position.

    This. Unfortunate it may be, you will never promote from TPS to APBP. Not going to happen. Under miracle conditions I had a TPS promoted to ETL-AP. I would follow Toy's recommendation.
