I think almost all the generators are natural gas-powered. That way, it can as long as the power outage lasts (as long as it isnt an earthquake that interrupts gas service) and Target never has to worry about keeping fuel for it stocked. I don't know about the fuel for the load shedding ones...

Target needs to do something about the coupon scammers who buy a bunch of stuff they dont need (like 50 deodorants or toothpastes), use a coupon on each one and then come do a receipt lookup with a credit card or giftcard and get the full retail price back. I hate just giving money away to them

Say, what nice ISP do you have that lets you run a web server on a residential internet connection? I would have thought you would have a business connection or perhaps T-1 but either of those will have weekend helpdesk hours.
