I agree. If there'd be a union here they would not get away with something like this. It gets sickening seeing these college kids come in and work more hours than me pushing market in my dept. But they work "cheaper."

This guy goes to college at nite and was hired for market, so he get 25 to 30 hrs I feel that are pulling from mine. Let him cross train..he is the newbie.

I'm 71, in good shape and don't want to cross train, but work faster than a lot of younger people. Would much rather stay in my department. Ie.. a college kid just started and he's getting close to 30 market hours which are taking away some of my hours. Let him go in the other departments...
