Yes and I've had TL'/ETL/STL all tell me to burn it ans they'll even say it over the walkie. Everyone has done it but the issue is to not abuse it.

It is the sftm job to help with a team lift even if it's a caf pull. It's everyone's job to help or someone can get hurt. I tore knee doing a lift alone in the backroom and it still effects me years later.

I brought up the fact I they were doing it and the ETL who was doing it looked embarrassed and the only response my ETL-HR gave me was to find another job because the needs of the customers come first. It forced me to quit and after many years of working for Target.
