As said above, condense and keep as much open space as possible. You never know what your going to get hit with one day. Stay on top of your empty location reports the best you can. I know you want to make it your own but with all the people pulling and messing crap up in there all the time...

The only real way to be marked as not-rehireable would be to not give a two week notice or just walking out. But even then ive still seen people come back at a later time. lol

Just do your job and you will have less stress at the workplace. If you walk in there worrying about what other people are doing and worrying about things you cant control, you are going to go crazy. Go in there everyday with your end shift time on your mind and give it your all. Let the TL's...
