I can't speak for everyone, but I can definitely say my store has more full team members right now than we did at the same time last year, so it makes sense we wouldn't need as many seasonals.

As for the abbreviations, as I understand it: If it's currently on a truck from the DC to the store, it's On the Way. If it's on the way to the DC and currently allocated to your store, it's On Order.

If I remember correctly, the signing package form the transition contained a sticker to apply over the original, extending the deal to 2013.
