I cant figure out for the life of me where I go to use my vacation hours to average out my weekly hours on Mytime... do I make a new request and pick a day on the current week or previous week and select PTO vacation and then submit the amount of hours I want to use??

Well my TL is an idiot. We have one person scheduled to pull AND push all the dry ones by themselves and one person pulls AND pushes all the cooler ones by themselves. We had a huge visit and the dry ones rolled a day. 2200 eaches...one person responsible....😐

When someone hits their 5th our ETL Hr will usually do a punch correction for a few minutes before hand. Is that wrong?😂

Well guys. Last week it was announced that we are now going back to dayside Next week haha! Didn’t last long. Few theories why we are going back. From hours are so low they couldn’t keep everyone over night to finally getting masks available so no need for overnight. Kinda weird that we were...

Why are they just now doing this though? I live in a state that’s on the downward trend on the virus. I feel like they should’ve done this a month ago. Switching over everyone overnight just for a A few months seems dumb

So! Late last week we were told that GM, Softlines, and market will be going overnight so there would be minimal team members on the floor during the day. Now the reasoning was kinda wish washy but it’s probably because of the pandemic. Now a few TM’s are convinced that this move is permanent...

So once on a final it's pretty much over for that team member? 1 full year without one little mistake or it's a termination? I can't see ANYONE escaping that.
