Honestly nothing happened when my probation was up. They didn't even talk to me at all. The never gave me feedback or any kind of evaluation whatsoever. My hours never dropped after that so I figured I must've been doing what they wanted. Just keep on truckin.
We just stick the name tag magnets in our pockets and stick our cutters to the outside of our pants/shirts. I wish I could bring my knife they let me use at my last job. But I asked and they said no.
I just followed my training schedule when I got it and they called me in pretty much everyday I wasn't scheduled on it. I just talked to HR or my TL before I left everyday. My HR person actually had a scheduled day she stole us from our teams and had us do all the computer stuff and walked us...

So second day was pretty boring. Just a bunch of computer training and stocking the god awful "spot the one" area. (Whenever I was inside of target I felt bad for the person who had to make that area look somewhat presentable)
Was approached by two guys who I now assume were either "higher...
Hey everyone I just had my first day of work at Target today. I'm on the Flow team and did my first truck unloading this morning.
So far so good liking where I work for the first time in awhile.
