OPU expert to do pth/stowing only

Everything is still part of the 90 minute timer for orders. Picking, prepping, and stowing still must be done by the time due. But when determining a person's UPH (units picked per hour) which used to include the time it took to put to hold, it now does not. That "timer" ends when the batch is...

    Anyone else feeling overworked?

Believe I saw in the September News that fulfillment is NOT going overnight this year. They will not be dropping orders in overnight so, as they say, no reason to schedule people overnight. This year is going to be a sh** show.

That is exactly the way I feel after my review. A DIO after years of DEO and I have never worked so hard or so many hours as I did last year. We are changing TLs right now and although I know the decision to give me a DIO was probably above my current TL's head, I will not be over performing for...

Found out today that in a couple weeks, we will be picking alcohol for OPUs. Any other stores doing this now? Does the picker need to be 21? If drive ups are allowed, does the runner need to be 21? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just kill me now.

What can be expected from Grocery Pickup?

Quick question. Someone mentioned that produce should not be bagged with dry groceries. Why? If I have an order that is a bag of apples, what is the reason I can not place a bag of chips in the same bag, or a can of soup? The other examples I completely agree with but this one is confusing me...

We had 2 bundles of bubble wrap delivered today too. Just when I was finally starting to like the new hexcel paper.

Agreed. We had, at times, 7 people on OPUs and we still missed goals. Could not keep up. Over double our forecast by noon. Crazy day. And altho no SFS orders for today, we have orders through March 17th in the gun. The problem is, the items that they ordered will probably be sold out by the...

Rumor in my store is that Cyber Monday deals start tomorrow (Sunday). Can anyone confirm this as truth?

    MEGATHREAD Flexible Fulfillment

Reading all of this makes me so glad I had today off. Still scared about tomorrow. Most of our crew is all new seasonals. Only 6 of us with any experience spread over the day. Luckily we begin at 4am. Good luck to all in SFS and hope your stores treat you well over the next week. I was scheduled...

    MEGATHREAD Flexible Fulfillment

I was off yesterday, so I am trying to understand this new change. Do we also need to sort tomorrow's orders by 430 or do we have until the time the last person is scheduled (like store close)? Or is the 430 time gone and all orders dropping in today (whether for today or tomorrow) have to be...

Wait... Is this new printer thing for all stores, or just some test stores? No orders will get a packing slip? As a customer (guest) that would really bother me.

    Archived FOCUS CARD

I only have a small percentage of my pay go on my pay card. Like a forced savings account. We use it for small getaways or at Christmas. Or an emergency fund. 90% of my check is direct deposited, the rest on pay card. It's not much, but if I am good and don't touch it, it can slowly add up.

    Archived FOCUS CARD

To get changed over to the new paycard follow these steps: Get a packet from HR. It has card info as well as your new card. Sign into Workday and change your pay preference from the old card to the new one. You need a routing number and account number which is listed on the page with your...
