I have and they said I have to work on being more efficient then they can recommend me. It's tough when they compare people. I'm not other people. I'm me. I may have to go to headquarters since they don't seem like they want to do this.

I try my best every day. This team lead keeps tabs on me continuously telling me how slow I am! Talks to me like I'm a dog. Want to transfer! When someone rips into you like that, it's tough to function to your full potential!
