For a while we were getting 2-3 salvage infant furniture items PER TRUCK. So annoying to find after lugging that shit across the store.

Maybe they meant it in the "you guys make everything 500 times harder than it has to be" way because that's how I feel every shift tbh.

This store has always been bad with turnover but we've lost 4 total E/TLs in the past month alone. I think a lot are jumping ship now before the holiday madness kicks in.

About to be on my 4th ETL LOG and 5th LOG TL since transferring to this store less than 4 years ago. All left the company.

I mean who trained them tho. My leadership has a penchant for showing people how to do it once and then demanding they do it alone so I wouldn't be surprised by anyone breaking the baler at my store.

Having worked in more than one store myself, I've come to the conclusion the size of the store doesn't matter as much as the size of the backroom. As a GA that may not affect you as much, though.

Same happened here. They tried to convince me not to take my new job because we'd be moving to 8 hour shifts "soon", which lasted for about a month and now everyone's back to 5 hour shifts. Experienced TMs are leaving and no one new they hire sticks around...gee, I wonder why? The thing is even...
