global issues with label strips/schematics was told by my support they are working on it and that was 4 months ago.

My support stinks and with the on going issues with label strips coming in late/wrong schematics on it. Life 's been fun as ptl/patl.

We don't have enough floor coverage to help with the truck. Flow should be able to handle the truck unless it's double with lots of call off's.

I have been doing both for 3 and half years at a b volume and currently starting to train all my district let me know what you want to know. Funny thing is I am training a few etls logs since now we report to them.

My team has learned to fix these errors even through corp. lately sent out fixes a few days after the actually set.

Planogram team has to be scheduled all seven days here in my area some are Sunday to Thursday and some are Tuesday thru Sat. Mon to Friday thing is way in the past.

The flow team usually just puts all transitions on pallets anyway so even if ptl preties it is usually on a mixed pallet anyway.

I am both ptl/patl so I work Sun-Thursday. Making sure you have a solid pog team and make sure you communicate daily with store leadership is a key.

We have to staple pog's and ppa together and keep them for year, not much room but if you get assessed by corporate it's major win if your actually do what they want.

I hope we get a starbucks would be much better than Target cafe the new salads are horrible. Miss the days of the actually grill.

It's the job of the salesfloor tl to get clearance out of aisles that are about to be set, plano likely will not have enough time especially if your on 6am to 230pm shift like my store. It's job of ptl to communicate daily to store leadership his/her set plans. I am both patl/ptl at my store so...

You split your shifts between teams, I've done both since April 2011, I don't know if overnight stores will have this done but early morning stores it can be done.
