    Specialty Gratis in Beauty

With all the “Budget Cuts” and Target 🎯 scaling back on everything, don’t be surprised if Gratis went to. As @SigningLady said, Spot “removed” A lot of things that made Target 🎯 “Spot. Crazy thing is for some of us that were with Spot in the early stages, Target 🎯 is trying to “bring back” other...

    First time in fulfillment

@seaweed8338, Breath. Now that you did that, take your time. You’re trying to do too much too soon. I get it, you’ve just started and want to do a good job. As @Hardlinesmaster said, ask your lod on duty for a radio before you begin your work shift. Because you are given a radio, not EVERY call...

Any advice how I can try my best to get kept to be a regular instead of seasonal employee by the new year?

Echoing everything that was already said. Keep at the forefront these words. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Unless your other job is doing something that’s taking away from your peace of mind, don’t quit your day job. Good luck. You got this ✊🏾💪🏾

cnbc: Target’s sloppier stores are wearing on shoppers, and its turnaround could hinge on cleaning them up

This is key 🔑 for the future of Target 🎯. Any store worldwide will flourish if it is just staffed with the right people in the right places. Period.

Scheduled for inbound on my third week, but I just started to do fulfillment alone?

Welcome to Target 🎯. “Expect more, pay less” Isn’t just the slogan, it’s now your way of life. (Joke). In all seriousness, the hours currently for your specific Store 🏬 might be more in the “Inbound” department, hence why as @Dead and Khaki said, you were scheduled 📆 as such. Learn other...

    My Time

Question 🙋🏾‍♂️. Does anyone else’s not be seen by others after you post your work shift online? I’ve posted my shift and a coworker told me that it wasn’t visible to them.

I'm in a dire financial situation and I need more money now. Do I have a path forward with Target in the near future?

If you need funds sooner rather than later, brush up your resume and look for supplementary employment/ 2nd job. From what you have said about your development, your last in the queue or somewhere at the bottom of the barrel. At least if you’re looking elsewhere for employment, you got a good...

The skeleton crew thing is getting really old really fast

Really easy maybe to you. I’m not familiar with cash office. I will say the job sounds very critical and seems to require a lot of concentration and attention to detail. Things of that nature tend to draw people in the opposite direction.

How much do you get done in your allotted shift?

@Planosss, my store 🏬 is brand/ clean for the most part. Our leadership is respectful and not ones sitting on high horses 🐎. They actually would pitch in and assist in areas that need attention at a given point in time. The reason why I posted this post was to gage to see how other Stores...

How much do you get done in your allotted shift?

I wanted to see with everyone mentioning cut hours, being stretched beyond an elastic band, etc. How much do you ACTUALLY get done in your given shift. I’ll start. I get the area I’m assigned to pushed 💯. Backstocked 💯.

MyTime Am I allowed to cover as a new hire?

One day at a time (Grasshopper). Save some in the gas tank. As Z put it, don’t burnout as you’ve just started working. Learn as much as you can and if you so choose, cross train in other departments AFTER you learn what you were hired for. Key is Work-life balance. Have a life Outside of Target...

Everyone has said it best, leave your work AT WORK!!! If possible, see if you can 1) see a therapist for your work anxiety. 2) Develop a healthy, relaxing hobby that gives you joy. Work-life balance now. Or your sanity will be in jeopardy. Good luck.
