Now that I'm an ODTM, things have been going swimmingly for the most part. EXCEPT...getting scheduled to shifts I did not agree to.
For reference, I have class ALL DAY on Tuesdays and my store knows this. Two weeks ago, I was put onto a shift 2/10 Tuesday 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. which I absolutely cannot work and I immediately told my HR TL while being all confused. She said it was an error and that it'll be removed from my schedule. One week passes, it's still there. So I call the store a few days ago, ask what's going on and I'm told "it'll be removed" whilst I can hear my HR TL roll her eyes over the phone (I said thank you and got hung up on without a response lol). Two days to that shift, guess what? STILL THERE. I'll be working tomorrow and will annoy her a third time if she's there because once again, this is not a shift I agreed to pick up. If it's not gone by Tuesday should I just call in? I do not feel bad doing so anymore and I do have many hours of sick time to use.
I'm also curious if I possibly have done something wrong too. I get an email every week asking what shifts out of a list I'd like to pick up, I say which ones I can and then it's done. I've checked my emails and again, I never mentioned I could work that Tuesday shift. I don't even know at this point
